We offer two sessions for business social media training, depending upon your needs and requirements.  Both are intended to be stand-alone, but many clients undertake a strategy session and then follow-up with a training session to really get to grips with social media and harnessing it for business use.  Typically each session covers the following content, but both can be tailored to your specific requirements:

  • Audit of your existing page – suggestions on how to improve it
  • Who is your current audience?
  • Content – what to say and how to say it
  • Setting up of scheduling tools
  • How to post
  • Creating good content

(£80) 2 hours

Social Media Strategy Session

    • Who your ideal client is and who you are currently attracting to your site (sometimes two very different things!)
    • Where you need to be to attract your ideal client.  Best times to post etc
    • What makes good social media – type of content you need to be posting to attract the right people
    • Use of language including the use of Calls To Action
    • A look at content – what to say and how to say it
    • Creating a content plan
    • Use of scheduling tools – How and why use them and what not to schedule
    • Measuring your success – seeing what type of posts your audience react to
    • Tips on all-important engagement – what is it?  How to encourage it
    • Practice posts on your page to get you confident in using the platform
    • Usually arranged as 2 hr session + 1-hour follow-up to answer any questions
